Excellent for sore throats and colds. I love this stuff! Gargling and ingesting this iodine nearly rid me of sore throats and colds. During the two years I took it, I rarely fell ill, as iodine kills germs. I once used a sore throat mouthwash from a Chiropractic Clinic that contained iodine and Slippery Elm, and the iodine likely soothed my sore throat. Be cautious with iodine intake, though.
